Brown, Barbara E.
Barbara E. Brown, 83, died Saturday, March 12, 2011, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Funeral Services: 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Liberty.
A memorial fund has been established.
Barbara is survived by her son, David Brown and two daughters, Bonnie Martin (David) and Diane Brown, all of Marengo; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several half brothers and sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lucille Lemon Emmick; her husband, Albert “Biddle” Brown in 1996; and a grandson, John Martin.
