Alberta W. Brosnahan, 87, died Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010. Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Brooklyn. Visitation: 4:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn, with a rosary at 4:30 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established.
Survivors include her children, Loretta Hanson (Stephen) of Williamsburg, Rita Brosnahan-Gerleman (Joe) of Johnston, Anita Brosnahan Johnson (Jim) of Ames and Marty of Nevada, Iowa; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin; and a daughter, Mary Terpstra.
