Brenda Lee Springer, 58, died Monday, March 30, 2015, at UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following complications from an illness.
She was born Aug. 6, 1956, in Waterloo, Iowa.
She loved spending time with family, cooking and talking on the phone.
Survivors include her three children, Jamie Springer of Brighton, Colo., Jeremy (Abbie) Springer of Broomfield, Colo., and Ashley (Nick) Kruger of Cedar Rapids; her siblings, Deb (Rick) Furler of Van Horne, Susan Arbizo of Wichita, Kan., Stephan Springer of Safford, Ariz., and Tina Lang of Waterloo; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joanne and Richard Monroy; and sister, Juliene Young.
