Brazier 'Silver Fox, ' Jack S.
Jack S. Brazier was born April 29, 1932, to Leo and Adeline Killen Brazier in Eau Claire, Wis. He attended Pillsbury Military Academy in Owatonna, Minn., Roosevelt High School and MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis. Jack worked for Iowa Manufacturing from 1954 to 1995. He was united in marriage to Arlene Frana on Dec. 22, 1963.
Jack belonged to Brotherhood of International Machinists Local 831. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, classical music, playing the piano and especially the good times spent with his many friends.
Jack will be missed for his one-of-a-kind laugh, sense of humor and ability to fix anything.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene; children, Jack J. Brazier and Angela (Jerry Bower Jr.) Brazier, both of Cedar Rapids, and Reneé (Jack) Costigan of Ely; grandchildren, Cody and Andria Swalley, Jarred Wood, Jackson, Molly and Eli Costigan; a sister, MaryAnne Wilson of Brooklyn Park, Minn.; and a brother, Thomas L. Brazier of Orange, Calif.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Adeline Brazier.
