Bradley Richard Nutter was born Aug. 27, 1991, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, the son of Gregory and Lori (Olson) Nutter. He attended Iowa City schools, graduating from City High School as one of the class valedictorians in the Class of 2010. He went on to earn degrees from the University of Iowa, getting his B.A. (2014) and master's in mathematics (2016). He had been a teacher's assistant in the department of math at the University of Iowa.
Bradley was not your typical young person. He was a bit quirky, he loved to read (mostly math books) and enjoyed video games, math club, bowling and music. Bradley loved "The Simpsons," playing drums, listening to music of all sorts, hanging with friends and challenging your thinking on all topics. You see, he loved to learn and could never get enough of learning!
Bradley is survived by his parents, Lori Nutter and Gregory Nutter (Tracey); brother, Matthew Nutter; stepbrothers, Dal Hodges and Tristan Schryver; stepsisters, Casey Glemser (Dave) and Lacey Daily (Louis and their son, Elijah); his aunt, Sue Sprauer (Pat); and close family friends, Dave and Edna Dolder.
Bradley was preceded in death by his grandparents; aunt and uncles, Kathy and Ray, and Jerry; and Amber, the family corgi.
