Bradley A. Anfinson, 58, of Hawkeye, died Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at Unity Point/Allen Hospital in Waterloo.
A private family service will be held. Public visitation will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. at
Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Hawkeye. Following the visitation, the family invites all to join in refreshments at the Hawkeye Community Hall.
Bradley Allen, son of Darrell and Sandra Mierson Anfinson, was born Sept. 11, 1959, in Manchester, Iowa. He graduated from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids in 1978 and was united in marriage with Diane Boess at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hawkeye on Sept. 19, 1981. Brad made his home in Hawkeye and worked various jobs over the years. He enjoyed his dogs, fishing and yardwork, but most especially enjoyed the time he spent with family.
In addition to his wife, Diane of Hawkeye, he is survived by four children, Chad (Charity) Anfinson of Hawkeye, Cory and Kyle Anfinson, both of Waterloo, and Crystal (fiance Jameson Funk) Anfinson of Waterloo; two grandchildren, Alexandra and Maya Anfinson; his father, Darrell Anfinson of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Ricky (Colleen) Anfinson of Newport, N.C., and Travis Anfinson of Cedar Rapids; and three sisters, Connie Anfinson of Waterloo, Shelley (John) Hines of Center Point and Christine Lietz of Atkins.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
