Bowers, Wilfred Lininger
MANCHESTER - Wilfred Lininger Bowers, 91, of Manchester, passed away at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 25, at United Methodist Church in Manchester, with the Rev. Roger Henry officiating. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home & Crematory in Manchester and one hour before services Monday at the church. Interment, with military rites: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.
Survivors include two sons, James of Phoenix, Ariz., and Doug (Rose) of Waukesha, Wis.; three daughters, Janice (Harold) England of Cedar Rapids, Deb (Tobe) Werner of Manchester and Paula (Charlie) Franks of Ely; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren (another one due in December); five stepgrandchildren; two sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
