Booth, Verla J.
Verla J. Booth, 88, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Ruzicka; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Verla was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Phillip Bedell; and eight brothers and sisters.
Born Sept. 20, 1922, Verla was the daughter of Grover and Pearl Ankeny. On April 15, 1945, she married Arthur Booth.
