Bonnie Jean Crow, 75, passed away Sept. 4, 2018, from acute kidney failure. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, Shellsburg, Iowa. A gathering for family and friends will follow at the American Legion Hall, 114 Main St., Shellsburg.
Bonnie was born Nov. 14, 1942, to
Wallace "Butch" and Arlene Davis. Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Jolene (Dan) Mears of Kansas City, Mo.; son, Steve (Sandy) Freytag of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; stepdaughter, Kaye (Gary) Bonesteel of Shellsburg, Iowa; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; stepmother, Evelyn Davis; and special cousins, Dean and Shelly. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Becky; husband, Harv Navis; and the love of her life, Joe Crow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the family.
