Boedeker, Patricia A.
Patricia A. Boedeker, 60, of Bennett, died Jan. 29, 2012, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, at Peace United Church of Christ, Bennett, with Pastor Tom Emerick officiating. Burial: Inland Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence, with an American Legion Auxiliary service at 7 p.m.
Born Jan. 16, 1952, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Everette Sander and Irene Andresen, she married Steven Boedeker on Sept. 25,1971, in Tipton.
Pat had been employed as a bookkeeper.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Bennett and bugled for military funerals for many years. She was a member of Peace UCC, enjoyed camping, bowling, crafts and crocheting blankets.
Survivors include her husband, Steven; daughters, Dawn Frey of Clarence and Debra (Tyler) Rouse of Mechanicsville; parents, Everette and Irene Sander of Tipton; four grandchildren, Brighton and Lacey Rouse and Kylie and Hilary Frey; in-laws, Don and Carol Boedeker of Lowden; three sisters-in-law, Sally Snyder, Sue Monson and Rita Mayerhofer; a brother in-law, Scott Boedeker; nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and brother-in-law, Stan Boedeker.
