Bixby, Joyce A.
Joyce A. Bixby, 69, of Des Moines, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Urbandale United Church of Christ.
