Billy Joe Martin, 70, of Mountainburg, Ark., formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died May 23, 2022, at home. He was preceded in death by parents, Billy and Mary Lou Martin. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Martin of Mountainburg, Ark.; and children, Andrea Clifford and Jeremiah Martin of Mountainburg, Ark., and Candace (Chris) Martin of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
