Bill E. Hutchings, born on November 9, 1927, passed away on May 15, 2024 in Cedar Rapids, IA. He leaves behind his beloved spouse, Tima Hutchings, with whom he was married for 74 years.
Bill and Tima were blessed with two children, Wally Hutchings and Lila (Brook) Hoover. Also surviving Bill are three grandchildren: Timothy (Stephanie) King, Christoper (Alicia Diehl) King, and Bryan Hutchings; also, one great-grandchild, Jackson King, who is the sunshine of their lives.
Bill was a proud Navy veteran who served his country with honor. He will be remembered for his hard work and signature sense of humor. There is no memorial. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
