Beverly Anna (Trumblee) Kraus, 77, of Arlington, Iowa, passed away at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, following a sudden illness. She was born on Oct. 21, 1937, near Coggon, the daughter of Roy and Anna (Tomashaska) Trumblee. Beverly was raised in the area and attended Volga High School.
Beverly was a longtime member of the United Methodist Church in Arlington. She absolutely loved and cherished the time she spent with her family fishing. Beverly was the gatekeeper at the Kraus Gun Shows.
Survivors include her four children, Bruce (Blanche) Kraus and Kevin (Chris) Kraus, all of Arlington, Marvin (Tammie) Kraus of Strawberry Point and Bryan (Lisa) Kraus of Greeley; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Alford (Mardell) Trumblee of Cedar Rapids and Lavon Trumblee of Farmersburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.

Funeral service: 10 a.m. Monday, June 22, at United Methodist Church in Arlington, Iowa. Officiating: Pastor Julie Ahrens
Visitation: 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 21, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Strawberry Point, Iowa; also one hour before the service at the church on Monday.
Interment: Campton-Oakhill Cemetery, rural Lamont, Iowa
