Beverly J. Knapp, 64, of Central City, died Thursday, March 20, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids after a short illness. Per Bev's wishes there will be no service. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas; a daughter, Kathy Silver of Center Point; son, Dave Silver of Cedar Rapids; stepson, Travis Knapp of Manchester; her aunt, Helen of Anamosa; and several grandchildren.
Bev was born Aug. 4, 1949, in Cedar Rapids. She married Thomas A. Knapp on Aug. 16, 1987, in Central City.
Bev was a wonderful wife and mother. She will be greatly missed.
A memorial fund has been established in Bev's name.
