Bessie M. Swartzendruber, 90, of Iowa City, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017, at Solon Nursing Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at Church of the Nazarene, 1035 Wade St., Iowa City, where there will be visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City.
Memorial donations can be made in her memory to Church of the Nazarene or Iowa City Hospice.
