Bernice I. Davis, 96, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of West Union, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, at North-brook Manor Care Center in Cedar Rapids. Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Hawkeye with Lay Servant Mona Christie officiating. Inurnment will be in Alpha Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home on Saturday.

Bernice is survived by one son, George (Karen) Davis of East Troy, Wis.; one daughter, Carol Davis of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren, George (Christine) Davis Jr. of Palmyra, Wis., Rick (Linda) Davis of Wadena and Lori (Kelly) Carty of Ryan; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and one sister, Letha Haines of Cedar Rapids.
In addition to her parents, Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, who died in 1981; and one brother, James Haines.
