Blair Allen Berens, 74, of Strawberry Point, Iowa, passed away at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City on Saturday, June 8, 2013, after a courageous battle.
Blair is survived by his wife of 54 years, Janet; his children, Deb (Jon) Batchelder of Decorah and Kathy (Chris) Bell of Ely; and his grandchildren, Ryan Batchelder and Neila and Blair Bell.

Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, at the United Methodist Church in Strawberry Point, with Pastor Randy Moser officiating. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Strawberry Point, with a 7 p.m. Masonic service. Also visitation at the church one hour before services Wednesday. Interment: Edgewood Cemetery, Edgewood, Iowa.
