Beebe, Lois L.
Lois L. Beebe, 86, of Centertown, Mo., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, May 3, 2013, at the home of her daughter, Lori. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel by the Rev. Stasia Fine of New Disciples of Cedar Rapids. Interment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before service time.
Surviving are two daughters, Lynda Pettit of Houston, Texas, and Lori Liebsch (Michael) of Centertown, Mo.; one son, Larry (Wilma) of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Genevieve Anderson; her husband, Lyman; her son, Lyman Jr.; and great-granddaughter, Shaunet Pettit.
Lois was born Nov. 4, 1926, in Vinton and married Lyman Beebe on July 1, 1944, in Cedar Rapids. She was a sales clerk at JC Penneys before her retirement and a member of Cedar Christian Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
