Beck, Richard W. 'Whitey'
Richard W. “Whitey” Beck, 76, of Grinnell, died Sept. 4, 2010, at Grinnell Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery, Grinnell. Visitation will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 Friday evening.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church in Grinnell or Grinnell Regional Hospice.
