Beardsley, Phyllis Jean
Phyllis Jean Beardsley, 75, died Monday, August 9, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. Private family service will be held at a later date.

Surviving are her children, Linda (Richard) Goldsberry of West Amana, Bryan Beardsley of Cedar Falls, and Brenda Beardsley of West Des Moines; a grandson, Jesse (Andrea) Hankemeier; and two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Kaylee.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George in November 1985.
Phyllis Jean Albaugh was born March 19, 1935, in Waterloo, Iowa. She was the daughter of Lamar and Minnie Albaugh. She was a 1953 graduate of Anamosa High School. In 1953, Phyllis married Kenneth Husmann. Then on March 20, 1964, Phyllis and George Beardsley were united in marriage in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Phyllis was a caring, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend; she will be missed dearly by those closest to her.
