Floyd C. Baumgartner, 82, of rural Arlington, died Sunday evening, March 25, 2012, at his home. Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 29, at St. John Lutheran Church, Arlington, with the Rev. Paul Fohs officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Arlington, and one hour before services Thursday at the church. Interment: Union Cemetery, Putnam Township, rural Aurora, with graveside military rites by the Arlington American Legion.
Memorial Fund: St. John Lutheran Church and the Arlington Fire Department/E.M.T.s.

Floyd is survived by his wife, Kay Baumgartner of Arlington; six sons, Randy, Kent, Craig, Brad, Max and Brian; and his extended family.
