Battin, Bertha Marguerite
Bertha Marguerite Battin, 98, of Edgewood, died Friday evening, Jan. 11, 2013, at the Edgewood Convalescent Home.
Survivors include two children, Mary Jane (Paul) Elliot and Roger (Jane) Battin, both of Edgewood; three grandchildren, Peter (Lynn) Elliot, Samuel (Kristie) Battin and Laura Battin; two great-grandchildren, Carter and Bella Battin; one stepgreat-grandson, David Shellito; and one stepgreat-great-grandson, Damien Shellito.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the United Methodist Church in Edgewood, with Pastor Mike Jackson officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Edgewood, and one hour before services at the church on Tuesday. Interment: Edgewood City Cemetery.
