Bartt Freeman, 61, of Walker, Iowa, died Monday, Dec. 11, 2023. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at Walker Cemetery. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Center Point, Iowa, is assisting the family.
Bartt was born Sept. 7, 1962, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Irene (Turkal) and Glenn Freeman Jr. He graduated from North Linn High School. Bartt worked for Nash-Finch Co. He loved anything outdoors: hunting, fishing, gardening, and walking his dog. Bartt also enjoyed playing cards.
Survivors include his sons, Zachery Freeman (Presley Richardson) and Andrew Freeman; granddaughter, Wrenley Joe Freeman, Wendy Freeman, and Brett (Rhonda) Freeman; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
