Barnett, Mary E.
Mary E. Barnett, 99, of Cantril, Iowa, died Sunday, July 24, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 28, in Cantril United Methodist Church, Pastor Donna Olinger officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cantril. Visitation will open at 2 p.m. today at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua, with family present from 6 to 7:30 p.m., followed by an open to the public Eastern Star service.
Survivors include three daughters, Edna Wood of Martelle, Mona Schemmel of Farley, and Wava Barnett of Cantril and formerly of Cedar Rapids.
Gifts toward a memorial to be designated later by the family may be left at the funeral home or church or mailed to the family at 28475 Iowa Oak Grove Ave., Cantril, IA 52542.
