Elsie D. Barnes, 83, of Iowa City, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at Mercy Iowa City. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, at the Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City with visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
