Barnes, Craig E.
Craig E. Barnes, 65, died Sunday, July 28, 2013, in Anamosa, following a brief illness. Visitation will be at the Goettsch Funeral Home in Anamosa from 10 a.m. to noon Friday Aug. 2, with burial at Riverside Cemetery in Anamosa directly following.

Surviving is his wife, Lois; mother, Helen of Anamosa; children, Jennifer (Tony) Cortilet of St. Paul, Minn., Judson Barnes of Anamosa and Julie (Andrew) Kemper of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren, Jocelyn, Natalie, Ember, Ayva and Nathan; and a sister, Shirley (Dick) Ward of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond.
Craig E. Barnes was born March 12, 1948, in Marion, Iowa. He was the son of Raymond and Helen Gibbs Barnes. He was a 1966 graduate of Marion High School. Craig and Lois Siebels were united in marriage on Nov. 19, 1972. Craig worked as a test technician for Collins Radio in Cedar Rapids for 47 years before retiring.
He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather and will be missed dearly by those closest to him.
