Barham, Kathleen
Kathleen Barham, 60, of Albuquerque, N.M., formerly of Tama/Toledo, died July 20, 2010. There will be an informal service for Kathleen from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the North Liberty Community Center, 3 Quail Creek Circle, North Liberty.
Survivors include her husband, Larry D. Barham; children, Kim Amlong and Rayna Cordova; and sisters, Loraine Dunlap and Phyliss Stigers.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father.
Kathleen Barham was born Kathleen Badger on Jan. 15, 1950, in Tama, Iowa. She moved around a great deal before settling in Albuquerque, N.M., with her husband of 39 years, Larry, where she passed away on July 20, 2010. She will be deeply missed by her sisters, Loraine Dunlap and husband Jack, and Phylis Stigers and husband Fred; daughters, Kim Amlong and husband Butch and Rayna Cordova and husband Richard; her grandchildren, Jonathon, Chris, Samantha, Remington, Corbin and Madelyn; as well as her great-grandchildren, Shawn and Audrina. She also leaves behind a large, loving extended family.
She touched all those who knew her, including the many people she worked with as a credit union quality assurance manager. Her love of life was a gift to those around her, even throughout her illness.
