Barbara Ellen Williams, 74, of Babson Park, Fla., formerly of Marion, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at Winter Haven Hospital.
Barb was born Dec. 10, 1941, in Marion, the daughter of Herbert and Viola Eveland. Barb enjoyed catching up with friends and family; playing bingo and dominoes with her friends in Florida; and spoiling her great-grandchildren with wonderful gifts when she visited. She was very proud of the fact that she was recently awarded one of the top honors for TOPS in Florida for losing over 100 pounds.
Survivors include a daughter, Laurie Williams of Fairfax; three sons, Joe Williams, Brian Williams and Jeff Williams, all of Marion; grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Adam Williams, Jason Williams, Charlie Williams, Sam Williams, DJ Mundt and Phil Mundt; and great-grandchildren, Preston and Bella Schloss, Skyler, Dawson and Lincoln Mundt, and Parker and Jase Mundt.
Barb was proceeded in death by her parents, Herbert and Viola Eveland; and her husband, Ronnie ("Shorty") Williams.
Everyone is invited to attend a memorial service followed by a luncheon at Ascension Lutheran Church in Marion at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 11.
