BARBARA DIVITA
Walker
Barbara Ann Weber Divita, 66, died Aug, 26, 2016, in St. George, Utah, from complications of cancer.
Barb was born May 2, 1950, in Independence, Iowa, the middle child of Bud and Fran Weber. Barb grew up in Walker. She graduated from North Linn Senior High School in 1968. She moved to Wisconsin where she lived with her first husband and their two children. After her divorce and her children raised, she moved to Idaho. She married Peter Divita Jr. on March 6, 1998, in Boise, Idaho. The lived in Idaho for 10 years before settling in Nevada.
Barb always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. She never missed a chance to remind her siblings, jokingly of course, that she was the "middle" child!
Barb was an avid reader, gardener and horse lover. She loved to watch football, especially her Packers. But her greatest love of all were her grandchildren, the light of her life.
Survivors include her husband, Peter; son, Ian (Jessica) Satter, Panama City, Fla.; daughter, Amber Satter (Jay Jurgaitis), Round Lake Beach, Ill.; stepsons, Michael, Chicago, and Joseph (Vesna), Seattle; five grandchildren, Ellie, Annaleise and Eva Satter and Xander and Deklan Jurgaitis; brother, Jerome Weber, Sweet, Idaho; sisters, Susan (Chuck) Briggman, Quasqueton, Carol (Pete) Peters, Urbana, Pat (Bob) Havlik, Walker, and Mary (Bill) Maddox, Nashville, Tenn.; and sister-in-law, Jealee Weber, Troy Mills.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Paul Weber; and sister-in-law, Marsha Weber.
