BARBARA L. STALLMAN

Barbara L. Stallman, 86, of Center Point, Iowa, died Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at The Views of Marion. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at St. Mary's Catholic Church
in Urbana, Iowa. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, at the church.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Urbana. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Center Point is assisting the family.
Barb was born Nov. 14, 1935, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Philip and Gertrude (Anderson) Rundall. She graduated from Franklin High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Firmin Stallman on Nov. 19, 1957, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fairfax, Iowa. Barb worked at Armstrong's Department Store for many years. She was an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, serving as a Eucharistic Minister, and was involved with their quilting group, choir and Wednesday morning bible study. Barb loved and enjoyed her family, reading, her yard and flowers.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Firmin Stallman; children, Diane (Greg) Coberly, Chuck (Kathy) Stallman, Deb (John) Ironside, Paula Anderson, Amy Berthel and Mark (Dawn) Stallman; 20 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Susan (John) Sundberg and Janet (John) Murphy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Gertrude Rundall; granddaughter, Grace Stallman; brother-in-law, Dennis Martin; and son-in-law, Edward Koziol.
Memorials may be directed to St. Mary's Catholic Church or the Center Point Public Library.
