Barbara was born Oct. 20, 1968, in Iowa City, the daughter of Dennis and Alberta Burnhardt. She was an extremely hardworking woman, a devoted mother, daughter and friend, who for many years was the owner/operator of Dully's Commercial and Residential Cleaning Services serving the Iowa City Area. Barbara was united in marriage to Stewart Reynolds on April 8, 1995. Barbara had many interests and hobbies in life, one of which was shopping, including the thrill of finding those really good deals - often buying not for herself but others she heard were in need. Barbara especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Holidays were always a special time, meaning a great deal to her.
Barbara was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta Burnhardt; and grandson, Ethan Wegmuller.
Barbara is survived by her father, Dennis Burnhardt; husband, Stewart; children, Tabitha Day (Dusty) of Cedar Rapids, Benjamin Day (Holly) of Parnell, Lawrence Day (Megan) of West Branch, Ray Reynolds (Amiee) of Colorado Springs, Colo., Stephanie Reynolds of Denver, Colo., Susan Reynolds of Marengo and Jamie Reynolds of Iowa City; and 15 grandchildren.
Barbara was a special woman. She had a big heart that was open and welcoming, always ready to lend a hand to those she cared for. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
