Baldwin, Mary Joyce
to Cedar Rapids in 1967. For 32 years she worked in the Admissions Office at Coe College.
Joyce was a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs, Iowa Hawkeyes and Coe College Kohawks, and cherished her relationships with family and her Coe colleagues.
She is survived by her children, Judith Baldwin, Douglas Baldwin and Patricia Baldwin, all of Cedar Rapids; a brother-in-law, Dr. Earl Wahl of Ames; and many nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Thomas Baldwin; four sisters, Edythe Lankhorst, Dorothy Miller, Arlene Farnham and Ann Wahl; and a brother, Harold Riecke.
Special thanks to Dr. Thomas Warren, Dr. Todd Noreuil, Dr. Bradley Beer, Jeremy and the staffs of the St. Luke's Hospital's Infusion Center, St. Luke's 5 Center Wing, and the caring staff of St Luke's Hospice and Willow Gardens Care Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Luke's Infusion Center, through the St. Luke's Foundation, St. Luke's Hospice or to Coe College through the Coe Development Office.
