Baethke, Arlene M.
Arlene M. Baethke, 84, of Brooklyn, died Wednesday at the Brooklyn Community Estates. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. James Lutheran Church in Victor. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery in rural Iowa County. Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home in Victor beginning at 2 p.m. today. The family will be present at the funeral home from 5 to 7 tonight.
She is survived by one daughter, Wanda (Bill) Baetsle of Victor; one son, Loys Baethke of Ladora; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one sister, Helen Fencl of Protivin, Iowa.
Memorials may be directed to St. James Lutheran Church.
