Mason Lee Weeks, infant son of Devon Lee Weeks and Melissa Lynn Thiher, was born sleeping on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories, Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids.
Baby Mason is survived by his parents, Devon Weeks of Hiawatha and Melissa Thiher of Marion; maternal grandparents, Tracy and Jay Schonberg of Marion; paternal grandfather, David Weeks of Hiawatha; paternal grandmother, Chauna Harkness of Cedar Rapids; maternal great-grandmothers, Sherry Schonberg of Cedar Rapids and Judith Friede of West Union; paternal great-grandparents, Bruce and Trina Weeks of Cedar Rapids, Craig Harkness of Central City and Linda Meyers of Cedar Rapids; as well as aunt, Kourtney Weeks; and uncles, Codie Weeks, David E. Thiher and Adam Schonberg.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Donna Christiansen and Robert "Grandpa Bob" Schonberg.
