Avice L. Potter, 89, of Evansdale, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo.
She was born March 5, 1926, in Richland Town-ship, rural Strawberry Point, the daughter of Richard M. Rowell and Zelda A. (Lickiss) Rowell.
Local survivors include Georgia (Thomas) Stoeber of Cedar Rapids.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at Grace Reformed Church, Waterloo. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church.
