Audrey Irene Johnston, 103, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, April 8, 2018, at Northbrook Manor Care Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Teahen Funeral Home and Cremation Service is attending the family.
Audrey is survived by her son, David L. Johnston; four grandchildren; her sister, Arlene Winegarden; sister-in-law, Frances Bair; and nephew, Tim Winegarden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll; and her son, Richard (Dick) E. Johnston.
Audrey was born on Sept. 11, 1914, in Sigourney, the daughter of Earl and Ethel Fancher Bair, and graduated from Webster Consolidated High School, Keokuk County. Audrey married Carroll L. Johnston in Webster and together they farmed for many years.
Memorials may be directed to Noelridge Christian Church, Cedar Rapids.
