Audrey Jane Beck, 96, of Mechanicsville, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 2, 2017, at Clarence Nursing Home. Friends and family may gather at United Methodist Church, Mechanicsville, on Friday, March 10, from 10 to 11 a.m. for a time of visitation, with the memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mechanicsville.
Memorials in Audrey's honor may be directed to United Methodist Church, Mechanicsville, or Clarence Nursing Home.

Audrey was born Feb. 13, 1921, to Frank and Edna (Schenk) Randall in Maine Township, Linn County. She graduated from Marion High School, Class of 1939, and later from Cedar Rapids Business College. Audrey married her life partner, the late Robert Beck, on April 16, 1944, at Prairie Chapel, Marion. They made Mechanicsville their home where they raised their four sons, Ronald, Kenneth, Larry and Keith.
Audrey was a farm wife and kept books. She also enjoyed cross-stitch and baking pies. Audrey was an active and involved member of United Methodist Church, Mechanicsville. She also was a member of the local Bridge Club and United Methodist Women.
Surviving Audrey are her three sons, Ronald Beck of Waukesha, Wis., Kenneth Beck of Mechanicsville and Larry (Linda) Beck of Tipton; daughter-in-law, Peggy Beck of Mechanicsville; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Keith Beck; brother, Ivan Randall; daughter-in-law, Barbara Beck; and infant granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn.
