Arvin "Cooper" Cooper, 84, of Delaware, Iowa, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017. Visitation will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, at Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Earlville. A time of sharing will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by a graveside committal service with military rites at Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.
