Arlene Bernice Kallaus Horak, 93, of Keota, formerly of Washington, died Thursday, April 13, 2017, at her daughter's home near Keota.
Funeral services have been set for 11 a.m. Monday, April 17, at Washington United Methodist Church, with Pastor Ben Blanchard officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 16, with family receiving friends from 4 to 6 p.m. at Beatty Funeral Home in Washington.
