Arleen L. Hirsch, 68, of Luzerne, died Dec. 29, 2015, following a sudden illness. Funeral services were held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Belle Plaine.
Arleen Martin Hirsch was born July 2, 1947, to G. Arlyn and Violet Martin in Marengo, Iowa. She married Robert O. Willey Jr. in 1966. They had three children: Amy, James and Heather. She divorced and married Charles A. Hirsch in 1980. The family grew and Debbie, Becky, Charles Jr., David and Jared joined the family.
She had many career avenues. The most memorable was the ACCC at the Tanger Factory Outlet Mall in Williamsburg. Her wit and quick thinking helped establish the mall. Her presence was a positive light for all she encountered.
After retiring she cared for many family members until their passing. She was known for dedicating her energy to helping others. May she rest in peace.
