Arla Ruth Ketelsen, 99, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016.
Survivors include three children, Don (Ellen) Ketelsen of Clinton, Darrell (Ida Mae) Ketelsen of Ankeny, and Doris (Clyde) Scovel of Manchester; 11 grandchildren; and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.
