Annette Kay Schaffner died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014, in her home after a courageous battle with
cancer at the age of 61 years. Cele-bration of Life services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at the Millersburg United Methodist Church. The Rev. Lester Zook and the Rev. Michelle Williamson will officiate. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home, North English.
Memorials may be given for the city of Millersburg Playground Fund.
