Anne Marie Kuntz, 87, of Mount Vernon, Iowa, died peacefully on Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023. Funeral service: 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023, at Linn Grove Presbyterian Church, rural Mount Vernon. Burial: White Oak Cemetery. Visitation: Friday, Aug. 11, 2023, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Stewart Baxter Funeral Home, Mount Vernon.

Anne Marie (Clark) Kuntz was born Dec. 16, 1935, in Ellsworth, Maine, to Earl and Marie (Gerrish) Clark. She was united in marriage on June 9, 1956, to John Dillingham Kuntz.
Those carrying on her legacy are her children, Carol (Dave) Larson of Spirit Lake, Iowa, Alan (Cindy) Kuntz of Lisbon, Linda (Fred) Luckritz of Richland, Mo., Sharon (Tim) Glenn of Johnston, Iowa; six grandchildren, Krista (Trevor) Smith, Andrew Larson, Tim Luckritz, Laurie Luckritz, Katie (Hunter) Daniel and Sean (Kate) Glenn; three great-grandsons, Erik Luckritz, Marcus Luckritz and William Glenn; additional family members, Megan (Kyle) Hach, Carter, Easton and Kelsey of Martelle, Jake (Christina) Hennager, Nora, and Cameron of Mount Vernon; brother, Bruce Clark of Ellsworth, Maine; and sister-in-law, Alice Johnson of Tucson, Ariz.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, and husband of 60 years.
