Ann Reed, 70, of Marion, passed away surrounded by her family at home on Sunday, March 9, 2014.
Funeral Service: 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at the Cedar Rapids Seventh Day Adventist Church by Pastor Lee Rochholz. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion. Arrangements are by Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Marion.
Survivors include her husband, David; three daughters, Julie (Loren) Olson of Marion, Brenda (Kevin) Johnson of Pleasant Hill, Ore., and Dianne (Doug) Parady of Standish, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Ann was born Sept. 4, 1943, in Pine River, Minn., the daughter of Hans and Margarette (Hansen) Miller. On Aug. 25, 1963, she married David Reed in Hutchinson, Minn. Ann enjoyed taking care of her flower gardens, crafts, genealogy and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Ann had a passion for witnessing her faith, and in doing so was instrumental in starting Better Life TV and completing mission trips with Marantha.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, James, Timmy and Donny Miller.
