Ann Loese (Stewart) Bagley, 84, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away quietly on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Corridor Crossing Place in Cedar Rapids. A private graveside service will be held at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, assisted the family.
Ann was born April 3, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Glenn and Alice (Bowman) Stewart. She graduated from Jefferson High School in 1959. On March 11, 1960, she was united in marriage to Laverne “Vern” Bagley at St. James United Methodist Church in Cedar Rapids. She enjoyed staying home taking care of her husband and children. She liked going antiquing and spending time with her family. Ann will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her children, Terry (Diane) Bagley and Donald (Stephanie) Bagley; grandchildren, Cliffton, Benjamin, Hannah, and Nicholas; eight great-grandchildren; and brother, David Stewart.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Alice Stewart; husband, Lavern Bagley; and sister, Bonnie Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Four Oaks, Tanager Place, Willis Dady Shelter, or the Alzheimer’s Association.
