Andreya "Aj" Schneider passed away unexpectedly June 30, 2023. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 28. Andreya graduated from Boston University with a master's in psychology and a bachelors in journalism from Indiana University. She had the privilege of being one of the last people to interview Janis Joplin. She was a school counselor for Grant Wood AEA for over 30 years, working with children of all ages. She lived her life fully with the motto of “lighten up.”
She is survived by: her brother, Ron; his daughters, Emily and Jessica; her younger brother, Jeff, his wife Sharon, and their sons, Johnny and his wife, Rosemary, and Travis.
