Amber Bouzek Dickerson, 26, of Chilton, Wis., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, Oct.
6, 2014, in Fond du Lac, Wis. Cele-bration of Life services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church, 1000 Third Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, with lunch to follow.
Survivors include her children, CJ and Ethan; brothers, Adam and Austin; sister, Amanda; mother, Linda Skaggs; and aunt, Julie Yirkovsky and family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Bouzek.
Amber worked as a CNA and was furthering her education in nursing.
