Alvin W. Salsbery, 71, formerly of Kansas, died Jan. 3, 2018. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Alvin was born Jan. 9, 1946, in Parsons, Kan. He married Linda on Jan. 27, 1968, and did factory work for over 40 years. He proudly served in the Navy. He loved shopping, cooking and Juicy Fruit gum. Many retailers lost a loyal customer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; many siblings, two children; and his wife.
He left many health issues and dialysis treatments behind him, and is on to his next journey, with many loved ones he lost waiting for him, especially Angie and Phillip, his children.
