Harland F. Allison, 83, of Manchester, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. Funeral service: 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Community Congregational Church, Manchester, with the Rev. Kurt Pasko officiating. Interment with military rites: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home & Crematory in Manchester. Visitation will also be held one hour before service time Tuesday at the church.
